I have added more information that i have learnt in my biology lessons this month.
Throughout the whole process of doing the project, I have learnt a lot more about the digestion of food. It has also made me understand that digestion is not such a simple process, like i thought on primary school. Also, it has taught me how to make use of my resources, and do a deep internet research. This project has made me learn how to use a blog, which will be useful for other projects that require these skills, such as the IPW project.
As i read the information online, i realised that nutrition in fact takes a great role in our lives, and can impact us greatly if we choose to ignore it. This has made me more aware of what food i eat, and the consequences of not choosing carefully. The timeline of this project was also well planned, and we had sufficient time to complete it.
In conclusion, i think that this project has been successful one, in terms of both gaining knowledge and gaining personal experience, and i hope there will be more projects like this, not only for biology, but for other subjects as well, instead of the usual, ineffective type of projects that send us rushing to complete.

Week 7 Reflection
From last week till now, I have been adding the finishing touches to the project, like searching for sppeling errors, gramatical errors, etc. I have edited the whole project, and have even shown it to my parents for approval. Given the green light, I am sure that the project will be a fruitful one.

Week 6 Reflection
This week, I have added the nutritional value of my food i ate in the meal log to my powerpoint presentation from a website i got from my Home and Economics class. In that website, I can have an idea of my calorie and nutrition intake, and cut down or add any food types, if necessary. For this week, the only troublesome thing i encountered was editing the graph and adding the extra information

Week 5 Reflection
By week 5, my pwoerpoint presentation has 12 slides. The project is finishing, and I am confident that this project will suceed. The trouble I met is that, I had a hard time getting information, as websites' information are roughly the same. I had to refer to various textbooks, and paraphrase the relevant information.

Week 1 Reflection
So far, for the project, i have created a powerpoint presentation, with twelve pages, more to be added in the coming weeks. I have also searched the web for relevant articles and information about digestion, and have gained new knowledge from this. Up till now, there have not been any major problems i have encountered while doing this project, but some minor ones include using the blog to its fullest potential, which i have consulted my elder sister about.
